How to access Workday reference guides
With paylock on October 2, and AP and Faculty salary increases being processed, we have compiled a list of alternate links for employees, managers, timekeepers, and HR Partners.
What is the issue?
An ongoing issue in Jira is currently preventing employees from accessing Workday reference guides via the Workday Service Desk. WSU ITS is working with Atlassian to identify the cause of this issue and work toward a resolution.
This issue does not impact the Workday Service Desk ticketing system and employees may access all reference guides via the Workday Materials page in Confluence.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with Atlassian toward a resolution. We will continue to provide updates regarding this issue via the Modernization website and announcements within Workday.
