Employees whose positions are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement should refer to their contract or contact the Labor Relations team for specifics regarding separation processes.

Resignation | An employee who resigns from his/her position is requested to provide two weeks notice to his/her supervisor.

Resignation letters may be forwarded to HRS for inclusion in the official personnel file.
