The live courses that have always been coordinated through HRS are now accessible through the same interface as the online e-learning courses. Log into your personal account at https://www.hrs.wsu.edu/skillsoft and specify Instructor Led Training in the Search-and-Learn tool. The icon pictured on the right indicates the live instructor led training sessions. With this system improvement you can:
- Manage all of your registrations and view all of your training records in one place - the ILT and the online course records are all in your personal SkillPort account (Note: only ILT records created since January 1, 2007 will be present*);
- Place a "watch" on a course that is not yet scheduled for presentation. You will be notified when it is scheduled;
- Download course materials directly from the course description page. Also, look for SkillSoft online course and book references incorporated into the description page to expand your learning experience;
- Online Learning Managers - now you can assign ILT courses and view ILT training activity in the same way as online courses;
- Instructors - it is even easier to access registration information about the courses you are teaching. Visit the HRS Training ToolKit.
HRS collaborates with Academic Media Services (AMS) and Washington Extension Teleconferencing Network (WECN) to reach the extended WSU community. More and more ILT courses are being made available via these systems. Plan to attend after checking the
Videoconferencing Schedule. Also look for videoconferencing information in the ILT course description pages.
An additional resource is the growing video stream library. The VHS library that has been available through HRS for many years is being replaced by archived video streams hosted on the Experience WSU site. No more checking out tapes and mailing them throughout the University. Simply click on the link and view the information when you need it, where you need it. View the list of currently available

A number of training sessions are grouped into series of related offerings.
