Like the classic plan, you must see providers in your Group Health's network and receive most services (or a referral) from your Primary Care Provider within the Group Health's network.
The Value Plan requires you to pay an annual deductible, and has higher copays compared to the classic plan. The Value Plans also has an annual $1,500 per person or $3,000 per family out-of-pocket maximum.
Emergency care is covered worldwide.
